Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for marketing, branding, and creative roles.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events).
  • Employer branding: create compelling job ads and recruitment materials using Canva and other design tools.
  • Conduct proactive candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and talent communities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications
