ResultsCX is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sourcing Associate with a passion for employer branding and marketing to join our fastâgrowing talent acquisition team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for marketing, branding, and creative roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events).
- Employer branding: create compelling job ads and recruitment materials using Canva and other design tools.
- Conduct proactive candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and talent communities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment events, webinars, and university engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and interview process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or employer branding.
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates for marketing, creative, or digital positions.
- Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools) for creating recruitment graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for talent attraction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dataâdriven mindset with ability to interpret sourcing metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, targetâoriented environment.
