Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced online sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, job boards, professional networks) to identify and engage passive and active candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, and university partnerships, to attract emerging talent.
  • Manage and nurture talent communities within specialized areas (e.g., ERP, technical roles, local industry groups) to build long-term pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, understand team culture, and develop customized sourcing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to optimize channel effectiveness and pipeline health using ERP and ATS systems.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent pool research to inform hiring plans and employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and recruitment policies.
  • Mentor junior sourcing staff and contribute to the development of best practices and sourcing playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on sourcing experience, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of building large, diverse candidate pipelines using online channels, social media, and professional networks.
  • Experience managing campus recruitment programs from planning to execution, including event coordination and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) and their integration with recruitment workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, X-Ray search, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple searches, and meet aggressive hiring targets.
