Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and health screenings.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Ensure clinic environment is safe, clean, and well-stocked with medical supplies.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing license with the Malaysian Nursing Board (or eligibility for registration).
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
