Responsibilities
- Deliver highâquality, patientâcentered nursing care for hair transplant and aesthetic treatments.
- Perform patient health assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans.
- Assist physicians during surgical and nonâsurgical aesthetic procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Maintain precise medical documentation and electronic health records in compliance with legal standards.
- Enforce infection control measures and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Engage in continuous professional development, training sessions, and skillâbuilding workshops.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Malaysia Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior exposure to dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is advantageous.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, IV therapy, wound care, and basic life support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Detailâoriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a highâvolume clinic setting.
