Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and medical conditions in real-time.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical incidents within the ICU.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and care procedures.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding critical care.
- Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Singapore.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care setting.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
