Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, record findings, and contribute to clinical decision-making.
- Prepare discharge summaries, follow-up plans, and ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in the hospital information system.
- Adhere to Singapore Medical Council guidelines and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development toward MRCP or related qualifications.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) or eligibility for registration.
- Interest in internal medicine with a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Relevant clinical experience or training in internal medicine is preferred.
