Responsibilities
- Operate manual and automated labeling machines to apply stickers and labels onto a variety of product packaging accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections of labels for correct placement, alignment, batch codes, and print quality to ensure compliance with strict GMP standards.
- Accurately match labels to corresponding products and batch numbers to prevent mix-ups and ensure traceability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station in compliance with company hygiene policies and workplace safety regulations.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished goods and promptly report any discrepancies, defects, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Assist with downstream packaging activities, including packing finished products into cartons, sealing, and palletizing for shipment.
- Manage label inventory by replenishing stock as needed and communicating supply levels to the logistics team to prevent downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and the prescribed uniform and dress code throughout the work shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production line environment is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 10kg) as required by the labeling and packaging role.
- Willingness to comply strictly with the hygiene and dress code policy (plain black top, long dark pants/jeans, and fully covered shoes).
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety compliance.
- Ability to read and understand basic product names, codes, and instructions written in English.
- Must be available to work part-time shifts as per the operational schedule, which may include weekends or different start times.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on minimizing waste and maintaining a steady workflow.
