In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that our inventory is accurately recorded, safely stored, and efficiently dispatched to meet operational demands.
As a Stock Custodian, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse stocks, conducting regular audits, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our storage facilities. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and warehouse issues.
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness within the warehouse to ensure safety and easy retrieval of items.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure zero discrepancy between system records and actual stock.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report any damages, spoilage, or low-stock alerts to management immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational/technical course graduate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Stock Clerk, Inventory Associate, or Warehouse Custodian.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and stacking heavy items safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict warehouse deadlines.
