Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock shipments accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain stockroom areas to ensure easy access and optimal inventory rotation
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overstock situations to management
- Prepare and update inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of all merchandise
- Support sales floor operations by replenishing displays and assisting with visual merchandising
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all stock handling activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain store standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in stockkeeping, warehousing, or retail operations is preferred
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino (Cebuano is a plus)
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
