You will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our stock levels, facilitating smooth incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring our warehouse environment remains organized and safe. Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure system data alignment.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for damages, quality, and quantity discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse shelving and floor space for optimal storage and easy retrieval.
- Prepare packing lists and delivery orders to facilitate timely dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety (OSH) standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in general warehouse administration and support the logistics team as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills for inventory logging is an advantage.
- Willingness to be stationed in Kulai and assist at the Dataran Pahlawan Melaka location as required.
- Possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
