We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Store Operations Specialist to help us build and refine the 'perfect e-commerce store' experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and supply chain, to launch innovative store designs and user interface improvements. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and launch engaging e-commerce store designs that align with San Miguel Corporationās brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular site audits to optimize user experience (UX) and navigation flow, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Manage product listings, inventory synchronization, and promotional banners across various e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze traffic and sales data to provide actionable insights for store performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Resolve technical issues related to store functionality to ensure a smooth customer journey from landing page to checkout.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging e-commerce trends and competitive landscape to maintain our market leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or platform management.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or custom enterprise solutions).
- Proficient in UX/UI principles and ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
