You will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that our inventory levels remain optimal to support our realty projects across Sarawak. Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain an organized and clean storage facility to promote workplace safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile stock levels with digital records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the timely dispatch of materials for active projects.
  • Prepare accurate delivery orders, bin cards, and inventory tracking reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide timely alerts for low-stock items to prevent operational delays.
  • Handle materials handling equipment safely and in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods while ensuring proper documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in any relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for record-keeping and inventory tracking.
  • Physical capability to handle inventory items of varying weights as required by site operations.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (GDL license is a significant advantage).
