Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with transporters and internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of goods receipt, dispatch orders, and inventory transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Implement and enforce safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Assist in logistics planning and route optimization to minimize costs and transit times.
- Prepare periodic inventory and logistics reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills – able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing/logistics environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift and move moderate-weight items and stand for extended periods.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work authorization for Singapore.
