Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory.
  • Ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with transporters and internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation of goods receipt, dispatch orders, and inventory transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Implement and enforce safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
  • Assist in logistics planning and route optimization to minimize costs and transit times.
  • Prepare periodic inventory and logistics reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills – able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing/logistics environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate-weight items and stand for extended periods.
  • Singaporean/PR or valid work authorization for Singapore.
