Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
- Perform accurate inventory tracking and stock takes to ensure data integrity in the system.
- Ensure that all warehouse equipment is maintained in good working condition and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners for efficient shipment scheduling.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity verification against delivery orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Prepare accurate daily logistics and storage reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse inventory and operate manual material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory data entry.
