Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for enterprise banking platforms across APAC markets
- Originate and close large-scale enterprise deals with top-tier financial institutions
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key banking and financial services clients
- Drive customer retention through exceptional account management and relationship building
- Lead account expansion initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for banking clients

- Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within the banking or financial services technology sector
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals with banking institutions
- Extensive network of relationships with decision-makers across APAC banking sector
- Deep understanding of banking platforms, digital transformation, and fintech solutions
- Experience with enterprise deal origination, account expansion, and customer retention strategies
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop high-performance sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
