Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the bank's global objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities and growth initiatives for the Singapore and Hong Kong operations.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute key strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership and Executive Committee members.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and clients.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of global banking markets, regulations, and industry trends.
