Responsibilities
- Design and implement client-specific solutions through platform configuration and customization
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maximize platform efficacy
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and adoption through proactive client training and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with product roadmaps and client objectives
- Monitor platform analytics and identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains
- Develop comprehensive success plans and KPI frameworks to measure client ROI
- Act as primary technical liaison for escalated client issues and strategic engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in customer success, technical support, or solution engineering roles
- Proven expertise in SaaS platform configuration and optimization methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with analytical and technical aptitude
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in matrixed organizations
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule with onsite presence requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technical documentation systems
- Fluent English communication with Filipino language proficiency
