Job Description

PT Tokuyo Jaya Indonesia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Supervisor Dealer and Business Development to strengthen and expand our dealer network across Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, recruiting and onboarding dealers, and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will lead a team of dealer representatives, provide coaching and performance feedback, and ensure that all dealer partners adhere to company standards and brand values. Collaborating closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments, you will align dealer initiatives with overall corporate goals while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute dealer acquisition plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential dealer locations and assess market viability.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective dealers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new and existing dealer partners.
  • Monitor dealer performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline logistics, inventory management, and after‑sales service.
  • Prepare regular reports on dealer network health, sales forecasts, and budget utilization.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealer principals and act as the primary point of contact for escalations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in dealer management, sales, or business development within the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Jakarta Raya and surrounding regions.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dealer management platforms is a plus.
