Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve labor disputes, grievances, and conflicts through mediation and negotiation
- Lead negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives during collective bargaining
- Oversee compliance with labor regulations and company HR policies
- Coordinate crisis responses during labor demonstrations or mass layoff situations
- Prepare documentation for legal proceedings, audits, and labor inspections
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee-management relationships
- Conduct field assessments at mining sites to identify operational risks
- Train supervisors on labor law compliance and conflict resolution techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or Industrial Relations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in mining/manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and industrial regulations
- Proven experience handling labor unions, collective bargaining, and strike prevention
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under high pressure during labor crises and audits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
