Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve labor disputes, grievances, and conflicts through mediation and negotiation

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and industrial regulations
  • Proven experience handling labor unions, collective bargaining, and strike prevention
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
