Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transaction logs using ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Assist in logistics planning and shipping coordination as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supplies management, inventory control, or procurement.
- Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing industry operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
