Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for supply chain optimization.
- Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to balance stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Generate detailed reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, transport costs, and order accuracy.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to streamline internal logistics workflows.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to supply chain operations.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all logistics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in supply chain analysis or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a significant advantage.
