Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes and vendor relationships.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
