Responsibilities
- Develop and execute materials planning strategies to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate data, generate reports, and drive informed decision‑making.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Implement inventory optimization techniques to reduce carrying costs while preventing stock‑outs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and data‑driven reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
