Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, and distribution logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and significantly reduce lead times.
- Coordinate with global and local vendors to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and monitor shipping schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to align supply chain activities with shifting demand forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and local logistics standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) for review by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a distinct data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse and high-level vendor relations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Willingness to support operations across both Lipa City and Pampanga locations.
