We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations from our hub in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing raw materials and managing suppliers to logistics, warehousing, and distribution. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products reach our customers fresh and on time, while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
We are looking for a data-driven leader with a strong background in manufacturing, transport, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of implementing process improvements that deliver tangible results. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support company growth and operational excellence.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Optimize logistics and transportation networks to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex logistics and distribution networks in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
