Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement activities and vendor communications to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with international logistics partners to track shipments and resolve transit bottlenecks.
- Monitor and update inventory systems, ensuring 100% data accuracy for US-based warehouse operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational continuity.
- Generate and analyze performance reports regarding shipping lead times, costs, and warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and improve overall turnaround time.
- Respond to urgent operational inquiries during the US business hours (Night Shift).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to work a permanent night shift schedule (supporting US time zones).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for international stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
