Go Se7en Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our logistics and inventory operations in San Antonio, Laguna. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of supply chain associates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3ā5 years of experience in supply chain supervision or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and transportation coordination.
- Strong analytical and problemāsolving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
