In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, working closely with industry experts to optimize inventory levels and streamline replenishment processes. Responsibilities
- Assist the SCM Planning team in managing daily inventory replenishment and monitoring stock health.
- Support supply execution processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment across regional markets.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and procurement, to maintain optimal service levels.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly supply performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Help track and update shipment milestones within our ERP and supply chain management software.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm solutions for supply chain volatility and demand fluctuations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar) is highly preferred.
- Committed to a full-time internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
