Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the supply planning team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with corporate business objectives.
- Optimize inventory levels across regional distribution centers to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability.
- Implement advanced demand planning methodologies and utilize ERP systems to forecast trends accurately.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects focused on reducing supply chain complexity and enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply planning or demand management within a large-scale manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional project management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) are highly preferred.
