In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of new software, upgrades, and integrations. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing project timelines, conducting user acceptance testing, and delivering training to end-users. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the implementation of new systems and software upgrades across the bank's branches and head office departments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Configure and test system modules to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor system performance post-deployment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in systems implementation, IT project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), project management frameworks, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficient in using productivity tools (MS Office, project management software) and database query languages (SQL).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Metro Manila and travel to branch locations as needed.
