Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized takaful and financial solutions.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate Shariah-compliant products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry updates to provide accurate advice.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities strictly adhere to the MTA ethical standards and Shariah compliance regulations.
- Assist clients in the application and documentation process for new takaful policies.
- Proactively generate leads and manage a personal client portfolio to meet monthly targets.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Must hold or be willing to pass the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) under the Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA).
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field; candidates with a background in Finance or Business are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and high integrity.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in insurance, takaful, or sales is considered a strong advantage.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Malaysia.
