You will promote Prudential BSN Takaful products and services while delivering practical financial management guidance to prospective clients. Responsibilities
- Promote Prudential BSN Takaful products and services through needs-based consultations and advisory sessions.
- Build and nurture a steady pipeline of prospects, conduct follow-ups, and close sales.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate takaful plans.
- Deliver excellent customer service, policy servicing, and claims assistance post-sale.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM, prepare proposals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client goals.
- Attend product trainings, stay updated on regulatory changes, and meet monthly targets.
- Represent the company professionally at events, seminars, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SPM or Diploma; relevant financial services background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to explain takaful concepts clearly and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems; quick learner of product details.
