Responsibilities
- Promote and market Shariah-compliant Takaful products to potential clients in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients on the benefits of Takaful coverage.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referrals through excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and processing documentation accurately and promptly.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage your own schedule and sales activities to meet performance targets while balancing other commitments.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior sales or insurance experience required—full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver’s license and access to own transport for client visits.
- Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and Shariah-compliant principles.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in helping others and building long-term client relationships.
