Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across all levels of the organization
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic workforce planning insights
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with Singapore employment regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in talent acquisition leadership roles
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical positions across multiple departments
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
