Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for international positions through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments in international recruitment
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous but fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
- Keen interest in international recruitment and passion for connecting people with opportunities
