Job Description

Sea Limited is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting efforts. Based in Singapore, this hands on role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding support. You will work closely with hiring teams across functions to deliver a positive candidate experience and help us attract diverse, high quality talent in a competitive market. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist with crafting compelling job descriptions, identifying potential candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensure timely and professional candidate communications, and support onboarding logistics for new hires. You will also contribute to recruitment analytics, helping the team measure time to hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction, with guidance from experienced recruiters.

You will gain exposure to employer branding, candidate experience initiatives, and compliance and privacy considerations in recruitment. Responsibilities

  • Support end to end talent acquisition processes across multiple functions in Singapore
  • Source candidates using job boards, social channels, campus programs, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify strong fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, schedule logistics, and maintain timely candidate communication
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in HR, Business, Psychology or related field or a recent graduate
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software (experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Interest in talent acquisition and human resources with a passion for candidate experience
