The Role: Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC Human Resources team, based in our vibrant Kuala Lumpur office. In this highly visible role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving the full recruitment lifecycle across the Asia-Pacific region. From identifying top-tier creative and technical talent to managing senior stakeholder relationships, this role is pivotal in shaping the future growth of Hogarth in APAC. You will champion best practices in sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience, ensuring we attract diverse talent who can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner for APAC, you will focus on delivering exceptional talent to the organization. You will leverage your deep understanding of the APAC market to proactively build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Your expertise in advanced sourcing and networking will be key to finding passive candidates who are the best fit for Hogarth's unique culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and make data-driven hiring decisions. You will also play a crucial role in our Employer Branding initiatives, representing Hogarth at industry events and on social platforms.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across the APAC region, spanning creative, technology, and corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networking.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by ensuring diverse slates of candidates and inclusive hiring practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve time-to-hire.
- Manage employer branding projects to strengthen Hogarth's presence in the APAC talent market.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably within a creative production, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of the APAC talent market and recruitment practices.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex, specialized roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
