Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct preliminary resume screening and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Support the coordination of interview schedules and candidate communications.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for career pages.
- Participate in talent market research to identify emerging sourcing channels.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to support data‑driven decision making.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance recruitment knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques and online sourcing methods.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
