Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across all organizational levels
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry networks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for hiring efficiency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Enhance employer branding initiatives through targeted recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement activities
- Stay current on labor market trends and competitive compensation practices to position our company as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and utilizing recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and derive actionable insights
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
