Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the education sector.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and organizational requirements.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job portals, professional networking, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and shortlisting of suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the education industry landscape in Singapore is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
