As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and ideal candidate profiles to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a smooth onboarding transition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment or agency setting.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse roles, including professional, technical, and managerial positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and employee data.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CHRMP, SHRM-CP) is an added advantage.
