Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential interns and fresh graduates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career offices, student organizations, and academic faculties.
  • Represent the company at university career fairs, industry talks, and networking events.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to build an employer brand that resonates with early-career talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify headcount requirements and define clear selection criteria.
  • Maintain an organized talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with specific exposure to campus hiring preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the local employment landscape and hiring trends in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
