Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and proactive headhunting strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office applications.
- Experience in the Education industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
