Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Enhance company employer branding through social media management, job portal optimization, and networking.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews and provide insightful assessments to ensure cultural and functional fit.
  • Maintain an organized talent pipeline and database for future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR recruitment software/ATS.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
