As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions across various business units. Your sharp eye for talent and strategic sourcing initiatives will ensure we maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ready to make an impact from day one.

Your Mission: Manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is your chance to master the art of volume hiring within a leading BPO company.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring across multiple departments and BPO accounts.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent Qualfon at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment drives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment (BPO industry is a strong plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Willing to work onsite in Dumaguete City and flexible with shifting schedules if necessary.
- Must be proactive, resilient, and capable of working under pressure to meet strict hiring targets.
