Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring across multiple departments and BPO accounts.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet specific job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent Qualfon at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment drives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment (BPO industry is a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Willing to work onsite in Dumaguete City and flexible with shifting schedules if necessary.
  • Must be proactive, resilient, and capable of working under pressure to meet strict hiring targets.
