Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their IT hiring needs and define detailed role specifications.
- Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews, technical evaluations, and background checks to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active IT talent for current and future roles.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to guide client decision-making.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to enhance retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on IT/Tech roles.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity positions.
- Strong understanding of technical competencies and ability to assess candidate skills effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
