In this role, you will be the architect of our talent pipeline—sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates who will drive our real estate operations forward. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft compelling job advertisements, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future real estate roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with team leaders to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to improve hiring efficiency
- Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or high-volume hiring
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using creative techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality hires and time-to-fill metrics
- Knowledge of Malaysia's labour laws and hiring best practices
