Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates regarding recruitment processes
- Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system accurately
- Support outreach initiatives and employer branding activities to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members on talent acquisition projects
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze metrics to improve sourcing strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Curious, eager to learn, and demonstrates initiative in professional development
- Comfortable communicating in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with recruitment tools
