Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR support team to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics and HR reporting to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor HR operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Oversee performance tracking initiatives to measure team KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize HR processes and improve employee service experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations within the shared services framework.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline administrative workflows and HR system integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (data visualization and reporting).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Deep understanding of HR operational metrics, cost management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Experience working in a multinational corporate environment is highly preferred.
