You’ll contribute to the development of quality procedures, conduct audits, and provide technical guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and lean manufacturing.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting, a proven track record of applying quality tools, and a passion for data‑driven decision making. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to shape the future of operations quality at Celestica, we encourage you to apply.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
